Since 1996, Expert Cores serves as a vital link in sand core supply chains. We grew out of foundries’ need for a competitively priced, rapid response sand core supplier. In 2007, we moved to Milwaukee to accommodate our exponential growth and strategically locate our manufacturing to enhance our lean workflow.

From the beginning, we answered the call for enhanced silica and specialty sand core manufacturing, drawing strength from a foundation of sand core manufacturing equipment that allows a high degree of flexibility and is easy to use, maintain and lends itself to swift set-ups. This flexibility allows Expert Cores to accept customers’ various core equipment. Our focus is catering to the needs of our customers while maintaining a lean workflow that allows us to maintain some of the shortest lead times in the industry.
