Our sand mixers are QR code computer controlled to ensure consistency and that the core will meet all your requirements. We offer a variety of specialty sands, including silica, zircon, ceramic, and chromite sand in 100% and 50/50 mixtures. Black iron oxide can be added to the sand mixtures as well. Expert Cores uses only virgin sand for all cores.
